What we collect

When you request a quote or book online, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and, if you book, your email (optional), service address, preferred date and time, and any notes.

If you arrive from an online ad, we also store the ad campaign details in the link you clicked (such as utm tags or a Google click ID) so we know which ads bring customers. We don't sell or share this information.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request: to confirm, schedule and perform your service, and to follow up about your quote.

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, the secure database that stores booking requests), and only as needed to provide your service, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your choices
